Review: Milani Baked Blush

Sorry it’s been awhile since my last review, I’ve been incredibly caught up with work and school. I’m going to try to make sure I get more reviews up soon!

Anyways, I’ve been really enjoying these Milani Baked Blushes ($8). I have the shades Berry Amore and Luminoso. Berry Amore is a soft, rosy pink while Luminoso is a warm peach shade.

Let me just start off by saying that I didn’t start using blush until about 6 months ago. My skin already has pink undertones and I hadn’t found the right shade to flatter my face.

Berry Amore was one of the very first blushes I fell in love with. It’s soft enough to add just a wash of color over my cheeks without looking like a pink stripe. Even though I try other blushes, I always come back to this one as my go-to.

I bought Luminoso because all the YouTubers I watch were raving about it. This coral/peach shade is pretty, but it stands out a little more on my pale skin. I think I’ll use this one more in the spring and summer, but I definitely prefer Berry Amore.

The formula is great, especially for only $8. It has a good amount of pigment, but not so much that I’m afraid to apply too much. The finish is satin, there is a small amount of shimmer but it isn’t chunky glitter. It lasts all day and definitely plays well with other products.

Now I do want to make the distinction- I only like Milani’s baked blushes. I’m not crazy about their blushes that are shaped like flowers. I find those have very little pigment.

Have you tried these blushes? Let me know in the comments!

xoxo, Jenna
